Role Overview
The Customer Operations Executive serves as the primary point of contact between Vestech Energy and its clients following project handover. This role focuses on project communication, client management, and reporting, as well as customer experience and satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Monitor project timelines, prepare project progress reports, handle client enquiries, maintain clear communication with clients, drive customer satisfaction initiatives, conduct customer experience surveys, and support customer retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field (Engineering field is an added advantage)
- Bahasa Malaysia, English language proficiency
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service, Team player, self-motivated to learn, effective communicator, and patient
