FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The FP&A Analyst helps turn financial and operational data into clear insights that drive better business decisions. This role owns core planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and profitability analysis.

What You Will Do

Analyze financial results, prepare and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to management, utilize advanced AI and Excel skills to develop robust financial models, and assist in forecasting operational and profitability performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Advanced Excel, AI and technology skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and communicate expectations, and meet deadlines
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-layered global environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
• Strong skills in preparing and delivering high level formal and informal presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
