Role Overview
Reporting to the VP of Drive Solutions, the Business Development Manager; Drive Solutions will be responsible for identifying new customers and business opportunities across North and Central America, with a strategic focus around supporting key vertical markets.
What You Will Do
Identify new sales opportunities, expand customers’ understanding of Solve’s portfolio of products, and take a consultative sales approach to grow sales profitably and revenue for Solve.

Ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with Solve Business Development Associates and/or Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure a seamless process for all customer support and product delivery for our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of outside industrial sales experience
- 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on vertical markets in the Bearings and Power Transmission industry
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel
