Product Marketing & Project Specialist

Role Overview

The Local Product & Project Specialist drives business growth by adapting Somfy solutions to local customer and market needs. The role supports product launches, develops local marketing initiatives and coordinates customer-focused projects from concept to implementation.

What You Will Do

Co-build marketing plans for products & services, maintain accurate price lists, collaborate with Key Account Managers, lead project management, coordinate comprehensive support for key accounts, and monitor competitive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing or product management
• Proven experience in coordinating product launches and managing local market processes
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to define, track and deliver milestones and KPIs
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends, competitive landscape
• Transversal management skills, with the ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking, balancing short-term execution with long-term brand positioning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Positive thinking, open-minded and solution-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Fluent English and Polish, written and oral (mandatory)
