Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Media & Digital Marketing team, in Matosinhos or Carnaxide.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, analytics, or similar functions
• Experience with analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar)
• Experience in preparing structured and KPI-oriented briefings
• Familiarity with digital media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Experience working with media agencies
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, or attribution models
• Experience in data-driven and experimentation-oriented environments
• Strong analytical capacity and results orientation
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing, especially in performance media
• Ability to transform data analysis into actionable recommendations
• High attention to detail and critical thinking in interpreting results
• Good communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
• Proactivity, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset
• Interest in the e-commerce and retail food environment
