Role Overview

You’ll support Outside Sales, determine customer needs, and utilize vendor catalogs to resolve customer order problems. What You Will Do

Support Outside Sales with customer orders, determine merchandise desired, utilize Eclipse program for pricing structure and order entry, estimate delivery dates, resolve customer order problems, and sell branch and company-wide special promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months or more of related experience
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to perform math functions associated with the job
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Basic electrical product knowledge
