Business Controlling Analyst – Finance Operations

Role Overview

As a Business Controlling Analyst, you will act as a finance business partner for the Global Manufacturing Engineering organization, working at the intersection of Finance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Prepare financial reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, provide financial insights, and drive improvements in cost controlling and ERP processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar finance role
• Good understanding of cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with an interest in process improvement
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Confidence working in an international environment
