Marketing Specialist Phonak Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to help execute our North American channel marketing strategy and drive demand for Phonak products, services, and solutions.

What You Will Do

Execute and measure integrated channel marketing plans, support targeted sales and marketing campaigns, manage marketing campaigns and initiatives, and partner with external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of marketing experience
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, or paid media programs
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance and results
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Jira, Canva, Copilot, SAP/IRIS, or ShowPad is a plus
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
• High-speed internet connectivity (200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed)
