Role Overview
The Coordinator, Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O) is a one-year contractor role based in Beijing, China. The incumbent will support the operation, implementation, and execution of sales activities related to SPT’s film and TV contents distribution business in China.
What You Will Do
Assist with sales operation, content materials administration, sales support, budget preparation and tracking, and client management. Other ad hoc sales and business operational support activities as required.

A detailed and process-oriented professional with 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales admin, sales planning, and finance. Strong computer skills, excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and knowledge of information systems management, business or sales administration, budgeting, and marketing principles.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or Supply Chain related disciplines.
- 1+ years in a capacity in any of the following fields – Sales Operations, Sales Admin, Sales Planning and Finance.
- Have a detailed and structured mindset.
- A team player and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.), Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, and proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of information systems management, business or sales administration, budgeting and marketing principles would be a plus.
