Sopra Steria is seeking a Key Account Manager to foster and strengthen client relationships, provide tailored IT solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing communication between the company and its clients, delivering top-tier service to internal and external clients, and anticipating and fulfilling clients’ wishes with ease.
Requirements
- Experience in the IT consulting in Belgium
- Good knowledge of the Life Science industry and an existing network in Belgium
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to work with people and maintain relationships
