Role Overview
Directs activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing a business venture or portfolio of ventures. Provides high-level professional expertise in the development and management of new business ventures. The scope includes handling proposals valued up to $500MM or larger.
What You Will Do
Manages the business development process through deal closure, works with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational goals, and coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure deal alignment.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Art (Business and Management), Bachelor of Science (Engineering) or similar
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CMA (Certified Management), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar certification
- Industry expertise and knowledge of specific business transactions and venturing activities
- Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation
- Focused knowledge and experience in one or more of the following; carve-out divestment, financial re-structuring, or initial public offering (IPO)
- Experience in dealing with local or Industry-specific best practices as well as regulatory and governmental mandates
