We are looking for a Business Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities by booking discovery calls for the sales team. The role involves high-volume outbound outreach, identifying and engaging prospects, and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales role
- Experience in startup or agency environments (highly preferred)
- Strong independence and ability to operate in a small, fast-paced team
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo)
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound prospecting
