Director of Financial Planning

We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning to join our Finance team, responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process, generating financial reports, and analyzing complex financial data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Corporate Finance or Accounting, 7+ years of progressive professional experience in corporate finance, and experience presenting analysis and insights using excellent oral communication and written business narratives. The role is 100% remote from Latin America and aligned with EST working hours.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Corporate Finance or Accounting
• Seven (7) or more years of progressive professional experience in corporate finance
• Experience presenting analysis and insights using excellent oral communication and written business narratives
• Ability to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutions
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects and priorities
• Self-starter who anticipates the needs of management
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills (macros, complex formulas, etc.)
• NetSuite experience
