Inbound Growth Marketer

Role Overview

The Inbound Growth Marketer will be responsible for driving Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) through organic and inbound marketing channels. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with HubSpot, LinkedIn, X, and AI tools.

What You Will Do

The Inbound Growth Marketer will manage the company’s content and engagement cadence, optimize the website for search, maintain HubSpot marketing infrastructure, and test new acquisition channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot.
  • Experience managing content calendars and social media posting cadence.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, keyword targeting, and website content structure.
  • Strong operational mindset and ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable treating marketing channels as measurable experiments and using data to determine what works.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools, particularly for marketing automation, copy generation, and outbound agent creation.
  • Strong conversational and reading English.
