Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company’s future. This role is vital to our company’s success as we expand our team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Drive revenue growth, oversee multi-trade sales efforts, review dispatch board, manage comprehensive training programs, collaborate with sales and service teams, and recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team
- Proven ability to cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers

- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office
