Role Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional training experiences, developing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. The role is vital to the company’s success as it expands its team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will oversee multi-trade sales efforts across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, utilizing financing and payment options to boost sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth, oversee sales efforts, review dispatch board, manage training programs, collaborate with sales and service teams, recruit and train sales team, and be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
