Southern National Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager to run the process, lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers, and earn a total compensation of $180K – $250K.

The Sales Manager will attend daily leadership meetings, lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers, coach from real call reviews, and run team meetings.

• Evening and Saturday availability
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner’s living room and working from a tablet
