The Customer Operations Senior Specialist will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of customer operations processes, coordinate process optimization efforts, and provide training to the customer success team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, customer operations, or similar roles
