Speak4 is seeking a detail-oriented Civic Data Operations Manager to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and deliverability of official recipient data across the United States, Canada, and Australia. The role requires a working knowledge of legislative and governmental structures, strong research skills, and experience in data operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data operations, political data, government research, digital communications operations, or a related SaaS operations role
- Working knowledge of legislative and governmental structures in the United States
- Familiarity with Canadian (federal and provincial) and/or Australian (federal and state/territory) government structures
- Strong research skills and comfort locating authoritative civic data from official government sources
- Working understanding of email deliverability concepts — bounce types, address validation, and email hygiene best practices
- Familiarity with API-based contact systems or web form workflows
