Go-to-Market Engineer – Ahmedabad, India

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering and a strong understanding of the modern GTM stack. They will work on building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows. The team is 100% distributed and the company values a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and not wait for permission
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have)
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have)
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have)
