Go-to-Market Engineer – Beijing, China

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering and have built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have)
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have)
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have)
