Go-to-Market Engineer – Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. The ideal candidate has experience building outbound systems from scratch and working with modern GTM tools.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion
