Go-to-Market Engineer – Bucharest, Romania

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and AI-powered personalization.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch, with a focus on enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring
