Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering and building outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
