Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA product. The role involves building and owning the technical systems that power outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building GTM systems from scratch
