Go-to-Market Engineer – Dublin, Ireland

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA product. The engineer will build and own the technical systems that power the outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast and keep things simple
