Go-to-Market Engineer – Gothenburg, Sweden

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA Voice Agents product. The successful candidate will build and own the technical systems that power outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. Experience with GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps is required, as well as deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
