Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The role involves building outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Personal experience in building outbound systems from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
- Shipping fast, keeping things simple, and not waiting for permission
