Go-to-Market Engineer – Hyderabad, India

We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify to build and own the technical systems that power our outbound motion, from lead enrichment and sequencing to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean, and has personally built outbound systems from scratch. We’re looking for someone who can think in funnels and measure everything, and who ships fast, keeps things simple, and doesn’t wait for permission.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience in building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Fast-paced environment with high ownership and direct input on GTM strategy
