Go-to-Market Engineer – Indianapolis, IN, USA

Speechify is a text-to-speech company that is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain its outbound infrastructure for its SIMBA product, which allows companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, and be able to build integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to build integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring — not just managed existing ones
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
