Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power SIMBA’s outbound motion. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps roles with a heavy technical lean. The role requires building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience in building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
