Go-to-Market Engineer – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power the outbound motion for SIMBA, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role requires experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
