Go-to-Market Engineer – Leeds, United Kingdom

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA Voice Agents product. The successful candidate will build and own the technical systems that power the outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. The role is based in Leeds, UK.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
