Go-to-Market Engineer – Manchester, United Kingdom

We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power our outbound motion for SIMBA, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role requires solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean and expertise in the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, and Zapier/Make.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch — enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring — not just managed existing ones
