Go-to-Market Engineer – Monterrey, Mexico

Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean and has built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
