Go-to-Market Engineer – Ottawa, Canada

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power SIMBA’s outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
