Go-to-Market Engineer – Porto, Portugal

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, with a strong technical background and experience building outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
