The Go-to-Market Engineer will build and own the technical systems that power the outbound motion for SIMBA, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization. This is a purely infrastructure and systems role, responsible for building the systems that fill pipeline and keep it moving.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
