Go-to-Market Engineer – Singapore, Singapore

Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, with a heavy technical lean, and have built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience in building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
