Go-to-Market Engineer – Split, Croatia

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power the outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, and will have built outbound systems from scratch. The role involves building and owning the technical systems that power the outbound motion, from lead enrichment and sequencing to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
