Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power SIMBA’s outbound motion. The role involves building outbound infrastructure, maintaining the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
