Principal Account Manager is responsible for defining and owning strategic partnerships, building C-level trust, and driving account growth strategy. The role involves leading complex deal cycles, overseeing portfolio performance, and mentoring junior account managers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of account management experience in the gamedev industry.

Requirements

  • Defines and owns strategic partnerships roadmap for key Clients
  • Acts as executive-level relationship owner for key accounts
  • Leads complex, high-value deal cycles end-to-end
  • Owns full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Drives account growth strategy, identifying white-space opportunities
  • Oversees portfolio performance across multiple engagements
  • Mentors and guides junior account/business managers
  • Represents the company at industry level
