Role Overview

The Group Sales Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of the Sales & Catering TEAM, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel’s sales function. The primary responsibility is to manage accounts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while actively soliciting both past and new business. The goal is to achieve or exceed all revenue targets, including room nights, average rates, and room rentals.

What You Will Do

Deliver best-in-class service to guests, drive group sales, lead and manage the efficient sale of guest room nights and room rentals, conduct site inspections, coordinate with departments, and build relationships with local organizations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have two years of hospitality sales and/or convention service experience, previous sales experience, and the ability to utilize MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. The candidate will be confident, able to exercise judgement, and make sound decisions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience
  • Previous Sales experience
  • Confident utilizing MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with hotel Delphi and Hilton PEP
