Role Overview
Join our growing team as a Business Development Service Agent, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling automotive service appointments, taking inbound and making outbound calls, and providing an ultimate customer experience.
What You Will Do
Identify client needs, schedule appointments, receive and schedule inbound calls, make outbound calls, manage online inquiries, and utilize various systems to answer customer questions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience in service/sales is preferred, but not a must. This is a base salary plus commission position with opportunities for growth and a career path.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales background
- Bi-lingual
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and basic typing skills
- Positive attitude with an upbeat, outgoing personality
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Understanding of basic automotive services and terminology
