Spreetail is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale the affiliate program across Amazon and DTC channels, build and launch a creator/influencer program, and drive a full redesign of the VMI DTC site with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Requirements
- 3–6 years of growth or performance marketing experience with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
- Proven experience managing affiliate or creator programs, ideally across both Amazon and DTC.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion principles and DTC site performance.
- Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and clearly communicating results to leadership.
- Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments; Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience is a plus.
