Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst is a full-time position responsible for driving financial modeling, variance reporting, and strategic forecasting. Operating as an agile team member within our Finance and Accounting organization, this role partners across FP&A, accounting, and treasury functions.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will effectively communicate financial models, forecast variances, and strategic recommendations across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and business unit leaders.

The Financial Analyst will leverage modern technology and AI tools to evaluate KPI trends, perform actuals vs. budget bridges, support month-end close accounting, and communicate actionable insights to leadership across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in a corporate setting of related fields
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and general ledger concepts
• CFA or CPA license or candidate a plus
