The People Operations Associate/HR Generalist supports the end-to-end employee lifecycle and serves as a first-line support for employee relations concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Basic working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
