The Head of People Operations will lead, coach, and oversee the entire People Operations team, developing and implementing people strategies and initiatives across the organization to support and improve the employee experience. They will work closely with management and business leaders to build a strong people-oriented culture at Sprout.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations roles
- Experience in scaling an organization as Head of HR / People or in a similar role
- 3-5 years of experience leading people and cross-functional organizations
- Management coaching, training and leadership experience
