People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager will assist in leading the People Operations team to carry out Human Resources operational activities. The role requires experience in the Human Resources/People Operations function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, training or related talent planning field
• Proven knowledge of HR industry best practices, policies, and DOLE standards
• Strong integration and strategic planning skills
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
