Role Overview
The Financial Analyst serves as an internal consultant, providing financial analysis, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations to support organization decision-making. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the cost accounting system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cost accounting data, service line reporting, and financial performance metrics.
What You Will Do
Processes, reconciles, and publishes monthly Cost Accounting results. Partners with IT resources to ensure data interactions are accurate and identifying current issues. Researches and implements software updates, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and taking actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- Two (2) years finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Oregon driver’s license and ability to meet SCHS driving requirements
Benefits
- Typical salary range: $63,731 – $87,630
- Eligible for relocation to an approved state by St. Charles
